About the role
Agrinet Samrand is seeking a half‑day Accounts Clerk to capture payroll transactions and perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations. The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the finance function. The clerk will also ensure the service outlet has sufficient float/change, manage office supplies, and oversee several administrative finance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Capturing payroll transactions
- Ensuring the service outlet has sufficient float/change
- Managing and ordering office stationery
- Overseeing the employee maintenance savings plan
- Administering fleet cards
- Preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Administering the PRP system
- Performing bank reconciliations
