GSOC Program Manager – Global Security Intelligence

About the role

Crisis24 is seeking a seasoned Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program Manager to lead a team of six analysts in Cape Town. Reporting to the Embedded Intelligence Services Senior Intelligence Manager, you will oversee the delivery of intelligence, incident response, and duty‑of‑care services for a key client.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the dedicated Crisis24 GSOC.
• Set priorities, direct daily analyst activities, and ensure timely delivery of all GSOC outputs.
• Oversee intelligence collection, quality control, training, and product delivery.
• Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on client guidance.
• Provide immediate consultation and backfill analyst shifts as needed.
• Collaborate with other Crisis24 managers, benchmark practices, and maintain client metrics and reporting.
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing a 24/7 GSOC and supervising at least one direct report is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of intelligence tradecraft and analytic techniques.
• Proven customer‑service experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Experience mentoring analysts and leading multi‑disciplinary projects.
