Group Specialist Infrastructure and Cyber Security Platforms

About the role

The Group Specialist Infrastructure and Cyber Security Platforms will lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of Aspen’s enterprise infrastructure and security architecture. Working within the Digital Technology organisation, you will ensure that cloud, datacentre, networking, storage, workspace and collaboration services are secure, resilient and aligned with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for cloud, datacentre, networking, workspace and collaboration platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance for infrastructure transformation and platform evolution initiatives.
• Create and manage road‑maps for platform upgrades, lifecycle management and technology modernisation.
• Design and implement automation, provisioning and deployment capabilities.
• Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, performance optimisation and resilience planning.
• Embed cybersecurity controls across all infrastructure layers and collaborate with security teams on secure‑by‑design principles.
• Support financial planning, licensing oversight and cost‑optimisation for OPEX/CAPEX.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture and cybersecurity governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud, datacentre, networking, storage and end‑user computing environments.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Experience in lifecycle planning, operational readiness and performance monitoring.
