Group Reporting Specialist

About the role

Join DigiOutsource, a leading provider of online gaming solutions, as a Group Reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and delivering accurate, timely data to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Group financial statements, including note disclosures for annual and interim reports.
• Execute consolidation entries in line with IFRS and SEC regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for Group Reporting deliverables and stakeholder management across business units.
• Maintain effective Group Financial Reporting processes and adhere to defined timelines.
• Conduct analytical reviews at the consolidated level to interpret results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial reports that support operational strategy implementation.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with external auditors and third‑party partners.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements within the reporting function.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of statutory consolidation reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Experience interpreting IFRS and SEC regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
