Group Impact Director

About the role
The Group Impact Director will shape, lead and measure &Beyond’s impact strategy across all regions and operations. Reporting to the executive team, this role embeds environmental, conservation, community and ESG priorities into the business model, guest experience and brand positioning, ensuring that impact drives both purpose and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine the Group Impact strategy in line with long‑term business and conservation goals.
- Translate strategic impact ambitions into practical frameworks, standards and measurable delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment between impact priorities, operational execution and commercial sustainability.
- Oversee ESG, IBSC and impact reporting governance, including funding oversight.
- Drive adoption and implementation of impact priorities across regional teams.
- Manage the strategic partnership with Wild Impact and coordinate shared outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders, build partnerships and communicate impact results internally and externally.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in sustainability, ESG or impact strategy.
- Exceptional collaboration, systems thinking and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to align executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to translate high‑level vision into operational frameworks and measurable results.
