Group Head – Group Security Management

About the role

This senior executive position leads a highly complex, integrated security environment that safeguards critical national financial infrastructure, strategic assets, executive stakeholders and high‑value operations. The role operates at both strategic and operational levels within a high‑risk, heavily regulated setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for enterprise security strategy, executive protection, and National Key Point (NKP) environments.
• Direct high‑value asset protection, transportation, threat and incident management, and physical security infrastructure.
• Lead security governance, risk and compliance programmes across multiple facilities and specialised divisions.
• Oversee intelligence and security analysis, investigations, and integrity management.
• Manage large multidisciplinary security teams and ensure seamless coordination with executive, regulatory and state security stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in complex, high‑consequence security environments.
• Proven track record in NKP operations, executive/VIP protection and high‑value asset transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage strategically with executive and governmental stakeholders.
• Strong judgement, resilience and credibility in high‑pressure situations.
