Group Financial & Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified or early‑career CA(SA) to join a fast‑growing financial services organisation that is reshaping digital payments and banking. The Group Financial & Management Accountant will support group reporting, management accounting and strategic financial analysis within a dynamic, high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate group financial and management reports within strict deadlines.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to inform commercial decisions.
• Support BBBEE reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with tax reporting and uphold statutory obligations.
• Contribute to SOX compliance initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide business insights.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years post‑articles experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Experience in management accounting and group financial reporting.
• Exposure to BBBEE reporting, SOX compliance and taxation.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
