Graphic Designer - Sales & Pitch Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join the internal Creative Centre of Excellence for a leading financial services client. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, you will support the sales team by turning complex propositions into clear, compelling visual content across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑impact documentation, presentations, pitch decks, digital assets and video content for sales initiatives.
• Apply and champion brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilise advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver effective designs.
• Liaise with external agencies, printers and suppliers to manage production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant design discipline.
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of print and digital production processes.
