Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will also coordinate our marketing activities. Based in the East Rand, you will support a well‑established manufacturing company by creating compelling visual content and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, product datasheets, catalogues and company profiles.
• Create marketing assets such as banners, posters, calendars, promotional items and branded content.
• Develop engaging social‑media posts and manage all company social platforms.
• Produce educational, promotional and project showcase materials.
• Take product photographs and produce professional marketing visuals.
• Assist with basic video creation and editing.
• Update website content, liaise with developers/hosting providers and maintain image libraries.
• Support the sales team with marketing and sales collateral.
• Coordinate corporate clothing, merchandise and printing suppliers.
• Maintain an organized library of all marketing material.
• Provide basic CAD drawings and simple technical layouts for product documentation.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
• Proven experience creating professional corporate marketing material.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
