Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a hospitality group that runs eight venues in London, is looking for a Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Coordinator to work from its Gqeberha office. The role is full‑time and blends creative design work with the planning and execution of digital marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of bars, restaurants and event spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design menus, posters, flyers, social graphics, event artwork, advertisements, digital screens and other print or online marketing materials, adhering to each venue’s brand guidelines.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels using Metricool.
• Edit venue‑provided photos and videos into posts, reels, stories and short‑form video content.
• Create shot lists and content briefs for London venue teams and follow up on missing assets.
• Write or refine captions and promotional copy based on approved campaign information.
• Update WordPress sites with current menus, events, opening hours, offers and images.
• Build and format email newsletters in Mailchimp.
• Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library with clear naming, version control and print‑ready exports.
• Track reach, engagement, clicks, website activity and booking‑related results and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Professional graphic design experience supported by a strong portfolio.
• Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple brands while preserving distinct identities.
• Reliable internet access, appropriate computer equipment and a suitable remote working environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
• Canva.
• Metricool.
• WordPress (strongly preferred).
• Mailchimp.
