Graphic Designer / Artist – Print Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Artist to join our creative team and work closely with our Canadian office. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and preparing production‑ready artwork for awards and recognition products, ensuring every piece meets the highest print standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and proof production artwork for awards and recognition items.
• Ensure all designs are print‑ready and comply with production specifications.
• Collaborate with the Canadian team to understand client requirements and deliver refined artwork.
• Maintain design consistency and strictly follow brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and print issues quickly and effectively.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience designing awards, recognition products or promotional materials.
• Knowledge of various printing methods and file‑preparation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Availability to work independently during shift hours (15:00‑00:00 or 16:00‑01:00).
