About the role
The Graduate Sales Consultant will join the New Business/Sales team and work from our Bryanston office. Reporting to the team manager, you will support the telephonic purchase process for motor insurance products, turning leads into satisfied customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle allocated leads efficiently and respond to them in a timely manner.
- Answer client correspondence promptly and schedule appointments as required.
- Conduct outbound calls following Prime’s dialing protocol.
- Explain motor insurance products clearly, ensuring customers understand coverage and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Completed degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient under pressure.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with persuasive abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using telephone dialing systems and CRM tools (as per Prime’s protocol).
