Graduate Internship Programme – Student Engagement Hub

About the role

Milpark Education is offering a Graduate Internship Programme within its Student Engagement Hub. The 24‑month rotational internship gives recent graduates hands‑on experience in Sales, Student Support and Collections while receiving structured training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students, explain programme details, admission requirements and guide them through registration.
• Respond to enrolled student enquiries with empathy, assist with academic processes and resolve routine issues.
• Explain outstanding balances, discuss payment arrangements and handle financial conversations professionally.
• Maintain accurate student records, case notes and use digital tools to provide consistent guidance.
• Escalate complex matters when necessary and contribute to service quality improvements.
• Work towards agreed sales, registration and collection targets while balancing empathy with accountability.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Willingness to commit to a structured programme lasting up to 24 months, subject to successful progression.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curiosity, learning agility and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in student success and commercial responsibilities of the hub.
