About the role
The 12‑month fixed‑term internship provides practical workplace experience, exposure to real work situations, professional challenges and BDO’s organisational culture. Interns will be placed in one of several functional areas across finance, risk, technology, human resources, tax and advisory services in Johannesburg.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Finance, Law, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up to six months of prior work experience in the relevant area where applicable.
