Graduate Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work on power generation, distribution and control projects while developing practical skills alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution and control.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and performance evaluations of electrical components and systems.
• Support senior engineers in preparing designs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and project reviews to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as mechanical engineers, project managers and contractors.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Internship or project experience in electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Interest in renewable energy systems and smart‑grid technologies.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, control systems and power generation/distribution.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of IEC, NEC and OSHA safety standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ETAP and MATLAB.
