Global Graduate Program – Commerce

About the role

The Global Graduate Program – Commerce is a three‑year rotational scheme designed to fast‑track recent graduates into future leadership roles within Heineken’s commercial function. Participants will rotate through three six‑month assignments, starting in a South African operating company, followed by a cross‑functional role, and concluding with an international placement.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial activities in the assigned operating company.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to gain broader business insight.
• Lead small projects or workstreams during the international rotation.
• Apply learnings to a management position in the landing role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Management or a related field.
• Ambitious and open to new challenges and diverse experiences.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative.
• Willingness to relocate within South Africa and abroad.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; the program provides comprehensive training.
