German‑Speaking Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Support Executive to join our international campaign in Durban. You will be the first point of contact for both business clients and parking customers, delivering professional, solution‑focused assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class support in German and English via Zendesk, handling chat, email and voice interactions.
• Resolve escalated Level 2 queries and tickets, including Penalty Charge Notice appeals.
• Investigate complex issues, maintain product knowledge and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with business clients and parking customers, and contribute to online review management.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal German and English.
• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with Zendesk.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Zendesk ticketing system.
• Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with chat and AI technologies.
• Comfort with social media platforms such as Facebook and X (Twitter).
