About the role

The German Customer Service Travel Advisor will be the primary point of contact for global travelers, providing support via phone, webchat, and email. The role involves managing reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless travel experience. It offers clear pathways for professional development within an international travel network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary assistance across all interaction channels, taking full ownership of customer requests.
• Listen to customer feedback, handle objections calmly, and provide proactive, actionable solutions.
• Validate and adjust client profiles, maintaining accurate flight and holiday bookings.
• Explain complex travel procedures in clear German and English.
• Maintain high efficiency, precision, and speed while handling complex inquiries and back‑office tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric education.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• At least 12 months of global call‑center experience or experience in airline reservations/travel agency.
• Clean criminal and credit record.

What we offer

• Base salary of R 20,000.00 per month.
• Night shift allowance for work performed after 7:00 PM.
• Subsidised single‑trip transport (company covers R 315 share).
• Medical aid covering the employee and optional medical insurance for up to two dependents.
• Pension fund contribution of 5% (2.5% employer, 2.5% employee).
