German & English Customer Service Agent – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Agent to join its fully remote team. You will interact with e‑commerce customers via chat, email and phone, delivering fast, friendly and solution‑focused support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and English across live chat, email and phone.
• Provide accurate, empathetic answers and resolve issues or escalate complex cases.
• Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the TalentPop brand by ensuring a high‑quality experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable computer, stable 25 Mbps internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk or Intercom (any one is a plus).
