General Worker – Pre‑Mix Production

About the role

Premier FMCG is seeking a diligent General Worker to support its pre‑mix production line. You will work in a fast‑paced factory environment, ensuring raw materials are handled, weighed, and recorded accurately so that the packing department runs smoothly five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and FIFO protocols when receiving and pulling raw materials.
• Weigh, record, and verify raw materials against official blending records.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation for food‑safety traceability.
• Report quality issues and any documentation discrepancies to management.
• Perform daily scale verification and operate other production equipment.
• Stack, wrap, and palletise finished product batches.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 1–2 years experience in the FMCG or food‑production sector.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends or public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
