About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Worker to join our production team in Ladysmith, South Africa. The role involves supporting manual line operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of relevant experience and a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with production on the manual line, including cutting, wrapping, and panel pressing.
- Apply paint and glue according to specifications.
- Support overall production flow and maintain clean work areas.
- Perform other general duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar production or labour role.
- Matric qualification.
- Dependable, trustworthy and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Initiative‑driven with a professional attitude.
