General Worker – Fixed Term Cleaner

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable Fixed‑Term General Worker to keep outdoor walkways clean and safe. This role focuses on removing litter, debris and any obstacles that could hinder pedestrian traffic, ensuring a tidy environment for visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and clean all external walkways, pathways and surrounding areas on a daily basis.
• Collect and dispose of litter, leaves, snow, or other debris in accordance with local waste‑management procedures.
• Report any damage, hazards or maintenance issues observed during cleaning rounds.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is stored properly after use.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role.
• Ability to work independently on a fixed‑term contract.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
