General Practitioner – Teleconsultation Services

About the role

iSON Health is expanding its telehealth network and seeks experienced General Practitioners to deliver virtual care on a flexible, pay‑per‑consultation basis. This remote position allows doctors to manage patient consultations, chronic disease programs, and second‑opinion coordination from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical consultations via video or voice calls.
• Provide medical advice, treatment guidance, and follow‑up care.
• Support chronic disease management through regular patient engagement.
• Coordinate second medical opinions with specialists when required.
• Assist patients with home‑country treatment coordination and continuity of care.
• Participate in online health awareness sessions or wellness webinars as needed.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams for smooth patient management.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid and active medical license from a recognized medical council.
• 2–5 years of experience in general practice.
• Prior experience in telemedicine or virtual care is an advantage.
• Strong communication and digital skills for video/voice consultations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in chronic disease management is preferred.
