About the role
We are recruiting full‑time General Operators to work both in‑house and on‑site across all locations. The role involves setting up and operating production equipment safely and efficiently while supporting the production team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition, performing regular inspections and repairs.
- Provide assistance and guidance to junior operators.
- Operate trucks and industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between the warehouse and work area.
- Follow safety procedures, report unsafe operations, and contribute to waste‑management programs.
Required profile
- Good communicator and able to work in a team.
- Able to work with speed, accuracy, hard‑working and self‑motivated.
- Health & safety awareness and experience in manufacturing.
- Able to drive a forklift and follow good housekeeping practices.
