General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead a Papa John’s restaurant team and deliver a world‑class service experience. In this corporate position you will build and motivate a winning team, oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and brand standards across the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, analyze sales data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations and labor laws.

Required profile

• A positive attitude and strong desire to work as part of a team.
• Passion for quality, business mindset and respect for others.
• Minimum age 18 years; GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends during busy periods.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
