General Manager – Group Finance

About the role

Omnia Holdings is seeking a General Manager for Group Finance to lead the financial consolidation, external reporting and treasury functions across its multinational operations. Based in Fourways, Gauteng, you will ensure accurate, compliant and timely financial information while supporting strategic decision‑making at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial results in compliance with IFRS, JSE listing requirements and internal policies across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective engagement with external and internal auditors.
• Lead group treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity planning, funding, FX and interest‑rate risk management, and banking relationships in line with the Board‑approved risk appetite.
• Provide high‑quality financial insights to Executive Management and the Board to support strategic decision‑making, capital allocation and value creation.
• Drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement in finance processes, consolidation systems and treasury operations.
• Build trusted relationships with executive management, Board committees and auditors.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership experience in group finance, consolidation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and JSE listing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain robust financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Extensive experience in treasury management, liquidity planning and risk mitigation.
• Capability to provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership and board members.
• Track record of driving process improvement and standardisation across finance functions.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with executives, auditors and board committees.
