General Manager / Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

She Recruits is seeking an experienced General Manager / Commercial Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational oversight across sales, finance, commercial governance, and business operations in an international B2B environment. The role will partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee global sales and business‑operations structures, including recruitment, onboarding and contract management.
• Manage annual operating budgets, monitor revenue, travel, marketing and business‑development spend, and ensure financial performance aligns with objectives.
• Review management accounts, cash‑flow, debtor schedules and approve payments in line with governance procedures.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance, forecasts, KPIs and pricing, and approve client, consultant, partner and broker agreements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve client onboarding, service delivery and compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial finance or business‑operations leadership in a global, revenue‑driven B2B setting.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong English communication skills, self‑motivated and confident.
• Knowledge of offshore or international corporate structures is a plus.
