General Manager – Cape Town Region

About the role

GEOTECH is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Cape Town operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability and service excellence across a portfolio of B2B solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cape Town region.
• Manage financial performance, budgets and P&L to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary management team covering HR, Operations, Sales and more.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLA requirements and maintains high quality standards.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee risk, compliance and governance within the region.
• Prepare and present regular management reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other regional teams to support national business objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or General Manager role.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary operations.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic planning and problem‑solving expertise.
