About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. You will work on an assembly line that turns recycled polyester fiber into eco‑friendly insulation rolls and operate specialized equipment.

Key responsibilities

Operate machinery and assist across multiple steps to transform recycled polyester fiber into finished insulation rolls.
Inspect, securely package, and load finished products for distribution.
Run specialized equipment that shreds fiber offcuts for reuse and produces ball fuzz filling.
Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety guidelines.

Required profile

Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, packaging, and loading.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
