About the role
The APEX Graduate Programme is an 18‑month Future Leaders Accelerator offering a permanent role from day one, with exposure across Lesaka's fintech businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver real business responsibilities from day one.
- Gain exposure across Lesaka functions.
- Identify technology opportunities to improve processes and present an executive‑sponsored business challenge.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a relevant degree.
- Strong analytical and leadership potential.
- Interest in fintech and technology and eligible to work in South Africa.
