Furniture Consultant – @Home Livingspace (40 hrs/week)

About the role

The Furniture Consultant will act as a brand ambassador for @Home Livingspace, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships. You will provide personalised furnishing and lifestyle solutions, driving sales through consultative selling. The role involves maintaining showroom standards and contributing to store profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and service targets.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, relationship building and effective closing techniques.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, promotions and industry trends.
• Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising standards and stock levels are upheld.
• Contribute to overall store success and profitability.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in a target‑driven or commission‑based sales environment.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
