Full Stack Developer – Node.js, React, AWS

About the role

AHIT Recruitment is acting for an established technology client seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members. You will design, build, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software projects from design through deployment.
• Develop backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Create modern frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Design, optimise, and maintain SQL databases.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Mentor junior developers and champion best‑practice development standards.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to technical proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
