About the role
Medirite Plus River Park is seeking a Frontshop Controller to ensure smooth in‑store operations. The role is customer‑focused, requiring a hard‑working and adaptable individual who enjoys direct interaction with shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Arrange and maintain visual displays to showcase products attractively.
- Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products to meet those needs.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work hard and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers.
