About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Front Office Host (Receptionist) to join its team in Cape Town. The role covers the guest journey from check-in to check-out and everything in between, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent guest experience across the entire guest journey, from check-in to check-out
- Work proactively with the Front Office Team to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Handle guests with patience, empathy and a friendly, welcoming attitude
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
- An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively
- Passion for creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Enjoys having fun at work
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
