About the role
An established restaurant in Sandton is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the entire front‑of‑house operation. The role involves leading a busy team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage wait‑staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Control stock levels and oversee inventory management.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash‑up and reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of customer relations and service quality.
- Handle administrative tasks related to restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of management experience in a restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and energetic with a team‑oriented mindset.
