We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house operations at a well‑established café and restaurant in Bedfordview. The role requires a proactive leader who can maintain high service standards while managing a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑of‑house staff, including scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Control stock levels, place orders and monitor inventory.
• Handle cash management, daily takings and financial reporting.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of management experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or café.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team under pressure.
• Excellent references and a professional attitude.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and energetic personality.
