Front End Developer – Web Applications

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Front End Developer to join our product team and transform customer needs into interactive web applications. You will work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver responsive, high‑performance user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional prototypes and reusable code modules.
• Apply UI development best practices to ensure scalable client‑side performance.
• Monitor key usage metrics, identify issues and proactively optimise the application.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and support rapid design or technology changes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or frontend engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including modern layout techniques such as CSS Grid.
• Familiarity with SASS, Bootstrap and UI layout principles.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as jQuery and Angular.
• Experience debugging with tools like Chrome Developer Console.
• Passion for good design, usability and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Ember and Ruby is a plus.
