French‑Speaking Service Consultant – Customer Support

About the role

Join Discovery Health Global’s Talent Pool as a French‑speaking Service Consultant. You will support Africa Health Insurance members by handling inbound calls, answering queries, and ensuring timely resolutions. This position is part of a dynamic, fast‑paced environment focused on delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members, brokers, franchises, the public and internal parties.
• Resolve queries or route them to the appropriate department for further action.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, log enquiries and generate weekly reports.
• Perform administrative tasks and keep detailed statistics on call volumes and resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with policy, product changes and use Africa Health Insurance systems effectively.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
