About the role
MCI is seeking confident, professional French‑speaking Call Center Representatives to join its talent pool. You will engage with customers across multiple campaigns, delivering high‑quality communication and support while contributing to the company’s fast‑growing CX and BPO services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to customers as needed.
- Capture and maintain customer data and records with precision.
- Deliver a positive customer experience that meets quality, productivity, and performance standards.
- Follow company procedures, systems, and specific campaign processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining individual performance.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service role within a BPO environment.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and computer literacy abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Professional, adaptable, and customer‑focused attitude.
