Freelance Technical Events & Production Manager – Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Technical Events & Production Manager to lead the technical setup, coordination and live delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare events. You will manage virtual, hybrid and face‑to‑face formats, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to live broadcast.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for webinars, virtual conferences and hybrid events.
• Configure and operate streaming platforms, manage live feeds and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Coordinate speakers, rehearsals and on‑stage logistics.
• Liaise with pharmaceutical clients, production partners and internal delivery teams to guarantee compliance and quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical setups and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering virtual, hybrid and live events in regulated pharma or healthcare environments.
• Strong technical production background with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Highly adaptable, solutions‑focused and able to integrate quickly into existing workflows.
