About the role

The FNB Community Advisor DHA will deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and guiding customers to the most appropriate service channels, including digital and self‑service options. This position is part of FNB's Points of Presence network and operates under a 12‑month hourly contract.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Explain banking processes and requirements in simple terms.
• Educate customers on the correct banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Analyse customer data to recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and support portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing roles within financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to guide customers toward digital and self‑service solutions.
