FMCG Sales Representative – Durban, PMB & Surrounds

About the role

We are seeking an energetic FMCG Sales Representative to cover Durban, Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by servicing existing accounts, acquiring new customers and representing our product portfolio in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential trade outlets daily to present products, take orders and build relationships.
• Identify and develop new accounts, planning a structured call schedule to maximise coverage.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and market trends, reporting insights to management.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Well‑presented, articulate and able to represent the company professionally.
• No criminal record.
