Floor Supervisor – Home Willowbridge (40 hrs)

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team at Willowbridge, ensuring the store delivers operational excellence and a customer‑centric experience. This full‑time position (40 hours) is based in Cape Town and focuses on driving sales performance and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in leading the store team and fostering motivation.
• Ensure operational excellence through a customer‑centric mindset.
• Allocate time effectively, manage multiple priorities and meet store KPIs such as turnover, rewards and visual standards.
• Provide input on merchandise presentation and visual merchandising principles.
• Execute the customer service strategy to achieve high satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic sales planning and manage the sales process.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Experience in home/homeware retail is advantageous.
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
