Floor Supervisor – 40hr – Sportscene (Waterfall Mall)

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the store management team to lead the store crew and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This full‑time position (40 hours per week) is based at Sportscene in Waterfall Mall and focuses on operational excellence, team motivation and achieving store KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management by providing strong leadership and guidance to the store team.
• Drive operational excellence through a customer‑centric mindset and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Motivate staff, foster commitment and allocate time effectively to handle multiple priorities.
• Manage merchandise presentation and visual principles to enhance the shopping environment.
• Monitor and improve store performance using key indicators such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual standards.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse customers and situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
