Floor Supervisor – 40hr Shift

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and operational excellence at JD Sports Festival Mall. This full‑time, 40‑hour position requires a proactive leader who can motivate the team, manage visual standards and drive key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in leading the store team and fostering a customer‑centric mindset.
• Allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily operations.
• Manage merchandise presentation and visual merchandising principles.
• Drive performance through store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the company’s service strategy.
• Participate in strategic sales planning and manage the sales process.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
