Floor Supervisor (40h) – Remote – Tygervalley

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team in delivering outstanding leadership and operational excellence for a remote store based in Tygervalley. This full‑time (40 hours) position focuses on driving sales performance, visual standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Ensure operational excellence with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Motivate and commit the team to achieve store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual standards.
• Allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks and prioritize priorities.
• Provide input on merchandise and visual merchandising principles.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain high attention to detail.
