Floor Supervisor (40h) – Remote – Tygervalley

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Floor Supervisor to lead our store team remotely. In this 40‑hour per week position you will support store management, drive operational excellence and ensure a customer‑centric experience across the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Motivate staff, allocate time effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Oversee merchandise and visual standards, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Drive performance against store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual merchandising.
• Implement the customer service strategy to achieve high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to diverse customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency, capable of working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
