Floor Supervisor – 40 hrs – Canal Walk, Cape Town

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team at Volpes, Canal Walk, ensuring operational excellence and a customer‑centric environment. You will lead a team of retail staff, drive sales performance and uphold visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in delivering outstanding leadership and motivation.
• Ensure operational excellence through a customer‑focused mindset.
• Allocate time effectively, manage multiple priorities and oversee merchandise and visual standards.
• Drive performance against store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual compliance.
• Implement the customer service strategy and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility, urgency and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
