About the role

Kurt Geiger is seeking a flexible Store Assistant to join its flagship store at Gateway, uMhlanga Ridge. You will deliver world‑class service to customers, support sales, and help maintain the high standards of this luxury fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties accurately, following daily cash control and banking procedures.
• Handle manual transactions when required and ensure zero variances.
• Execute daily stock procedures, including weekly counts, storeroom organisation, and shoe pairing exercises.
• Assist with customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised service to create a premium shopping experience.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury standards through professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and peak trading hours.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
