Flemish/Dutch Speaking Consultant

About the role

Join a prestigious airline brand within the Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa groups as a bilingual consultant handling inbound calls and emails. You will support passengers and travel agents with flight bookings and travel queries in Dutch/Flemish and English, using leading airline reservation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer contacts via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Process flight reservations, modifications, and inquiries for Dutch/Flemish‑speaking passengers and agents.
• Utilise airline reservation software to retrieve and update booking details.
• Collaborate with an international team, delivering service in both Dutch/Flemish and English.
